motor is designed utilizing CAD technique developed for wore speed asynchrono variable frequency adjustable speed motors by our company. When ole volt low speed (frequency 5-50Hz), it has higher starting torque and can stably constant torque within the range of 1:10, no torque creeping phenomena. Whe operating under high speed (frequency 50-100Hz), it has higher over-loading ability and ensures constant power output. The motor adopts an independent axial-flow fan to ensure that the motor has a good cooling effect under different operation speeds.The motor has reliable insulation and of superior characteristics. The major insulation materials such as magnet wire and impregnating varnish have been taken quality control by advanced dielectric analysis and dynamic dielectric measurements during the insulation treatment. Its impregnating varnish curing progress is also controllec This guarantees that the motor has stable and reliable insulation quality and strong adaptability of over-voltage caused by the converter's high frequency carrier wave.
