Summary：

YZB series crane and metallurgical variable voltage and frequency tree0phase motor (hereinafter called’the motor’).combing the functions ofcrane and pase asynchronous motors and strong points of the variable voltage and frequency technology have advanges of high mechanical strength and overload capacit,wide range of variable and stead operation. the basic technical data of the motor accords withIEC34-1 international standard and GB755 national standards stipulated with performances reached the 90s word level.the motor cam ne ised for a;; lomds of cranes. metallurgical and similar machines under frequent strting.braking and reversing conditions.

the motor will work smoohtly under the following conditions

（1）Ambient temperature:

≤40℃(general conditions)

≤60℃(metallurgical conditions)

（2）Relative humidity:

≤90%

（3）under 1000metres above sea level

（4）Frequentstarting/braking(electricit/mechanical)and reversing

The motor can operate normally under the following environmental conditions

Model description：

Working system:

Rated voltage:380V

Rated power:50HZ ,Varil-voltage at 3~100HZ The rated voltage and power of the motor ,and its frequency modulation method under 3 Hzaccording to customers requirements.

Reference work system of the motor is S3-40%

Ordering instructions：

1.When ordering, the product model, rated power, rated voltage, rated frequency, speed regulating range, operation characteristics within this range, junction box position, etc. must be stated.

2.In case of special requirements, after negotiation by both parties, motors of other pole numbers, other structures and installation types can be provided, as well as various rotating inductors (speed measuring engine, overspeed switch = encoder, etc.), various brakes (electromagnetic type, eddy current type), various thermal protection devices and heating belts, etc.
